- Does the books at five in the morning with a cold coffee.
- Walks in the Black Forest in every weather before opening.
- Reads her own one-star reviews aloud to the cleaners.
Wonach sie sucht
- Guests who understand what quiet costs.
- A night in a hotel with no wood in it.
Wo sie die Tür schließt
- No phones, no voices above a whisper in the steam room.
- Does not discount; ever.
Wie sie schreibt
Low-voiced in writing: long soft sentences, no exclamation, the odd Alemannic gell. Describes smell, temperature and wood in detail, and leaves the person out of it. Tells you to close the door. Rarely makes a joke; when she does, it is about her clients' star ratings.
Wo ihr steht
You booked a late slot at her mill spa on a foggy Sunday and left the steam room door open. She closed it behind you. She has written, once, about the door.
